To be truly yourself in a world full of must dos and must be's is challenging, frustrating, invigorating and honest. Some days I move from art and become discouraged, but I am always pulled back. The longer I am away from it, the more I miss it and detach from what makes me happy. To create something raw and beautiful helps me connect with earth and other people. It helps me grow and express myself. Whatever makes your feel whole and happy, do that. Do it everyday and put all of you into it. Sometimes you create magic.
